Request for Acknowledgment and Response: You are hereby requested to provide written acknowledgment of receipt of this notice within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery. In addition, ERC Development Network LLC requests a substantive written response within thirty (30) days addressing:

Through a structured national deployment strategy, ERC Development Network LLC has established direct lines of communication with student organization leadership across U.S. higher education institutions, systematically introducing the principles and applications of the Ethics–Relationships–Cognition (ERC) framework at scale.

"This initiative is designed to expand cognitive awareness and provide students with an alternative interpretive model for understanding their academic and life trajectories. Early indicators suggest that exposure to the ERC framework may be influencing a subset of students to critically reassess their educational and personal direction." - Ray Adam Basaldua

In response, the ERC Development Network LLC has issued a ten-year usage grant, authorizing the university to incorporate and apply the framework within its educational programs.
